East coast wings was founded in 2008 by Marcus and Diana Chen in Fairfax, Virginia, with a singular obsession: crafting the most flavorful, perfectly crispy wings that the East Coast had ever tasted. Starting from a modest 12-seat spot, they poured everything into perfecting the sauces, the fry technique, and the full dining experience.
